Terms of Service
Effective 28 July 2026. These Terms govern access to Origami's dashboard, virtual keys, model gateway, and related services.
Operator and agreement
The service is operated by STELLARIUM RESOURCES, at BLOCK C - 15-18 BAYU PUTERI APARTMENT, JALAN TROPICANA ("Origami", "we", or "us"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Origami for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.
If an order form or signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, that signed agreement controls for the conflicting subject.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect passwords and virtual keys, use multi-factor authentication when required, and promptly report suspected compromise. Raw provider credentials belong only in administrator-only server configuration and must never be placed in client applications.
You are responsible for activity performed through your accounts and keys unless caused by our breach of these Terms. Organization administrators control membership, permissions, budgets, allowed models, and service accounts for their organization.
Permitted use
You may use the service only lawfully and within documented limits. You must not attempt unauthorized access; bypass budgets, quotas, safeguards, or model restrictions; distribute malware; abuse or disrupt the service; infringe rights; process personal data without authority; or use the service for prohibited, deceptive, or harmful activity.
You must follow each upstream model provider's applicable use restrictions. We may reject, rate-limit, suspend, or investigate activity that reasonably appears unsafe, unlawful, fraudulent, or likely to threaten the service or another person.
Customer content and AI services
You retain rights you hold in prompts, files, and other content submitted through Origami. You grant us and the selected subprocessors a limited right to process that content only to provide, secure, support, and comply with law for the service.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis and all required notices or permissions for personal data in customer content. Do not submit highly sensitive data unless your written agreement, the selected provider, and your risk assessment expressly permit it.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or non-unique. You must evaluate output before relying on it and must not use it as the sole basis for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on a person.
Credits, usage, and payment
Usage is measured from gateway and provider records. Published prices, model-specific units, taxes, and any agreed markup determine charges. Origami may reserve a conservative maximum before a request and reconcile it after usage is known. Requests are refused when available credit or an applicable spending limit is insufficient.
Credits are not legal tender and are not transferable unless required by law or agreed in writing. Payment-specific terms will be added before payment-gateway features are enabled.
Availability and changes
Models and upstream providers may change, fail, or be withdrawn. We may modify routing, limits, safety controls, and service features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or product operation. Any service-level commitment must be in a signed order form.
Confidentiality and data protection
Each party must protect the other party's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for the service relationship. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, subprocessor list, and any applicable data-processing addendum.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access to address security threats, nonpayment, legal requirements, material breach, or risk to the service or others. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure.
After termination, customer content is deleted or anonymized under the retention schedule, except records retained for security, disputes, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or other legal duties.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties that can lawfully be disclaimed. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, or lost profits or data, except where law prohibits that exclusion.
Any monetary liability cap, indemnity, governing law, and venue must be confirmed by counsel and the applicable order form. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights are not excluded.
Changes and contact
We will publish a new version and effective date when these Terms change. Material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance where required. Continued use alone will not substitute for affirmative acceptance when law or contract requires it.
